This event is organized by Center of Research for Hetero-Epitaxy and Applications (CRHEA) and the University of Côte d’Azur (UniCA).
The workshop brings together scientists and young researchers from around Europe and beyond. It will offer a platform for exchange, open discussion and presentation of the latest advancements in epitaxy, nanostructures, new trends on MBE growth, modeling, devices and related technologies.
The exhibition is the opportunity to present our technologies and applications relevant to MBE, epitaxy and materials characterizations. Please come along and talk with Dr Sabina Hatch and Dr Martyn Green at our DCA booth.
