The Epitaxy Workshop, formerly the DGKK + DEMBE Workshop, is an annual event that emerged from the DGKK (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Kristallwachstum und Kristallzüchtung) Workshop on Epitaxy of III-V Semiconductors and the German MBE Workshop (DEMBE).
The workshop will feature scientific presentations on all topics related to epitaxy—including methods such as HVPE and sputter epitaxy—covering a broad variety of material classes (not restricted to III-V semiconductors), as well as an exhibition by industry partners. The goal is to foster the exchange of experience and expertise among the epitaxy community of the German-speaking countries. Contributions with an emphasis on methodological, technical, and practical aspects of epitaxy are particularly welcome.
