DCA Instruments Oy designs and manufactures state-of-the-art UHV systems and components for epitaxial film growth processes. The systems are used for production and research purposes for various semiconductor devices, quantum computing, photonics, battery materials, and many more applications. DCA offers a complete package for customers demanding cutting-edge technology, from the original design to testing the final product in-house. DCA currently employs over 60 people across the various departments, including sales, design, manufacturing, system/component assembly and software development. In the coming years, DCA will be expanding quickly to meet the increased demand for our products.
We are currently looking for an experienced full-time Quality Control Manager to take the lead on developing and maintaining our Quality Management System.
Your responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure the Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.
- Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.
- Report to top management on the performance of the QMS, including the need for improvement.
- Keep up with standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality.
Your capabilities:
- Knowledge of process-oriented management systems / quality management.
- Experienced with the ISO-9001 standard.
- Experienced with different manufacturing and design processes.
- Good organization, analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English.
Your background:
- 5-10 years of applicable work experience in a production environment.
